NightSeat is an online platform that enables users to discover nightlife venues, make table reservations, read and write reviews, and access promotional offers. We act as an intermediary between users and venue operators.

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Reservations & Bookings
- Reservations are subject to availability and venue confirmation.
- You must provide accurate guest counts and arrival information.
- Cancellation policies vary by venue. Please review each venue's policy before booking.
- No-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
- NightSeat is not responsible for the quality of service provided by venues.
5. User Conduct
When using NightSeat, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or venue staff
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious content or interfere with platform operations
6. Reviews & Content
By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant NightSeat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it is truthful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software on NightSeat are owned by or licensed to NightSeat and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
NightSeat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Actions or omissions of venue partners
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NightSeat harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
